This weekend I’m at the amazing American Christian Fiction Writers Conference. It’s one of my favorite times of year. So I don’t have a full blog post today, BUT someone pointed this verse out to me recently…and it just feels perfect for this weekend, for this season in my life…and for every day.

GREAT verse, & I think I can hear the ACFW buzz clear in MN. In my life right now I’m seeing God’s faithful care to details right now, even when scary. My house is “sold” pending tomorrow’s 3-hr. inspection. Then packing, moving, settling, organizing to have a home w/ blessed atmosphere that runs well enough there’s still enough time for teaching and writing. It’s good to be in situations where we have to look to Him and can’t pull it off ourselves.

Over my entire vacation, things kept popping up that had to do with my manuscript. A character’s name over here… a military guy over there… the right dog and house in the namesake town… God was definitely affirming that I’m on the right project. It was all so surreal, and I kept going, “No way. No WAY!” But it was a “yes way” moment. 🙂
