A working break.

Hey friends! I'm talking a little blogging break just for the day as I finish up a three-day writing sprint. It's sort of like an Olympic sprint minus the short shorts and well, the running...but plus a ton of caffeine, my favorite pajamas and quality time with my laptop. Somewhere Usain Bolt is wishing his sprints were half as exciting.

See you back here on Wednesday with a fun Q&A from awesome author Regina Jennings!

  1. Happy writing day, MTagg! May your jammies never bunch, your coffee never cool and your words never stop. :D

  2. You go, Girl! Hope you get a lot done on this your "Pajama Day". And do you know Usain Bolt's story? He was captured by the militia while he was at church when he was only 5-6, watched 2 of the boys murdered when the tried to escape. Then he finally escaped to a refugee camp where he had nothing to do, so he ran. And ran. And ran-inside the camp, then outside it. It was his running that got him out of the refugee camp and to America. Very interesting story. So you be a Usain Bolt today!

  8. I can just picture you hurtling to the finish line (more coordinated and w/ smoother rhythm than you think). I'm also sure it's all good stuff. I think maybe smaller bite inspirations will come even during work weeks and you'll find yourself making more forward progress than you thought/hoped. Blessings!
