I've got a cover...and it's sooo pretty!

If you happened to hear repeated squeals carried on the wind late last week, they were probably from Iowa. From me. 

'Cause I've got a book cover! And I loooove it!!

Isn't it so incredibly pretty?!?! I love its rom-com vibe...and yes, the adorable smile of the mister on the left. Honestly, it is uncanny how close the cover models look to the characters in my head. The whole thing so completely captures the feel of Made to Last!


Made to Last is my first book...what I hope is the first of many. But as the first, it's crazily special to me. I love these characters and this story, and I am so, so grateful to the talented people at Bethany House who've given it such a perfect cover. Every time I look at it, I feel a rush of overwhelming thankfulness all over again for this dream-come-true time in my life...both to God and to the people who've made it possible.

p.s. Made to Last is about a homebuilding TV show host out to save her career while juggling a fake husband, former fiance and nosy reporter...all under the roof of the one house she can't bring herself to finish building. It releases in September.
